To live up to the hype of my first post, I plan to WOW you with intuitive thoughts and perspective. No, let's be real (since that's what this is all about) and get down to the nitty-gritty...what have you been eating?
Okay fine, I'll go first. Let's just say that the past four days have been a real challenge - like pull my hands out of the cookie jar and run away crying kind of pain. By continuing to eat proteins, steering clear of sugars and consuming outrageous amount of water, I have been able to maintain that feel good stride.
Now I must admit my fault, cheese fries on Wednesday. Sometimes you just got to have some fries...such salty and potatoish heaven.
Something I thought to share- this diet is not a leap, it is baby steps.
I have had people asking me how much I have lost and what results I'm seeing. Truth be told, I FEEL healthier, the weight will come little bits at a time.
The advice I want to give this week is this...keep a positive outlook. There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life.
Brace yourself - weekends are the toughest.
